I made this for today's sketch challenge. It will go to a gentleman at church who has been sick for a while now.
The background behind the tree is brayered, which is so fun and easy to do. Thanks again, to Michelle Zindorf for her classes. I used my new Autumn Meadows DSP...LOVE it! I also used the champagne shimmer paint on some of the leaves...but, OF COURSE, it doesn't show up in the picture. It gives it a soft golden shimmer IRL, though.
I like how this one turned out. Hope you do, too. TFL!

Leisa, This is so beautiful. I like the shimmer paint that you can't tell in the picture. Of course, I got to see it in person and it is much prettier than the picture. They always are.....So pretty as all of yours are...

Your card is so gorgeous! The papers, doo dads, brayer technique, everything is flawless. Love the tree image on your envelope, should make that gentleman, who receives this, smile!

I love fall, fall trees and fall leaves...so I love your creation! I would have never thought to use a busy background...I love how it looks with the different mats on top. Thanks for showing me something new!
