I did not have any sand to use for today's challenge, no light brown embossing powder, no additive that looks like sand. I used what I had on hand. The best I could do was to grab a stamp that helps create a sandy scene.
I used a stamp from the Coast to Coast set and the rowboat in front is from an old SU set I got grom my MIL.
I used an upside down and slightly changed version of yesterday's sketch challenge for the card layout today. It took me a while to put it all together since one of my sons had run off with my ScorPal tape. Seriously? The kids never grab the cheap stuff, they can instinctively smell out my favorite products to steal.
I went outside to take a picture, making use of the little natural sunlight that we have.

I love all the details of this card - the stitching, the dp, and the awesome way you colored the buildings - especially the color of the sun catching the front of them. Very nice card!!
