What a fantastic card,,,,,,, will you tell us the hat secret, Howd you do that???? I dont think it is too busy at all,, it looks like a small painting and would be so cute in a frame,,, TFS

These are the general directions for the hat:
I didn't list sizes because various sizes will do. I cut two circles, one roughly 1/4" larger than the other. I scored about a 1/4" in, all around, on the smaller circle, snipped it up to the score line, and folded the slots down. I put two round layers of Fun Foam in the crown to keep it firm, glued a narrow ribbon around it, and glued it on to the brim. Add the little flowers and ribbon streamers and it's done!
