I had the idea for these colours while cycling to work this morning (how the mind wanders...!!). I saw the challenge before I left and my mind got going... I thought the combo of Glorious Green (yikes!) and Tempting Turquoise would look good with black... kind of peacock-like.
I absolutely ADORE this butterfly! I stamped butterfly from Gina K on Glorious Green and added bleach with a brush to lighten. I then added Glorious Green marker to deepen colour in places and added white highlights with a gel pen. I then covered with sparkly embossing powder - gorgeous!
I embossed the black card base with Baroque Motif swirl in black EP and added pearls to the other corners. Sentiment (Verve) is embossed in white.

Absolutely gorgeous! Your butterfly is breathtaking! Creativity strikes at the strangest times, doesn't it? Of course, it NEVER seems to be when you're actually at home stamping! ;)
