I hope you can see the snowflakes I spent an hour cutting out by hand!! I stamped the whole thing 4 times, chose one snowflake to layer, and then cut each layer getting gradually smaller to the middle of the snowflake. I then dipped each layer in versamark, irridecent ice, heat set and layered w/ dimensionals.
The tag is painted w/ white acrylic paint, the word winter was dipped in bashful craft ink and then embossed w/ clear ep.
I tried over and over to get a good photo....but alas, I guess this will do.

I am a huge fan of Pettlers Pack. They have the most amazing background stamps. This is FABULOUS. Such a pretty look. I bet IRL it is even better. So much work and so worth it. Great job...

What a beauty! I can tell you spent a lot of time doing this card and the ribbon has such a pretty sparkle. Great card.
