This journey has been really long, and at times I've wanted nothing more than to quit. But I've come so far! I've lost 6 dress sizes and have gained so much... from self-confidence to new clothes to a new attitude towards food and eating. I am so thankful for this time, for getting healthier. I want to be here for my girls as they get older, and I know that I owe it to them to do this now.
I still have more weight to lose and this journey is not at a stopping point. But I am proud of how far I have come. And I know that through stalls, through the slow times, I will continue on... because I am not a quitter, and I want to see goal.
I want to see myself at a healthy weight. And I will get there, no matter how long it takes and how hard I have to work to get there.

I just want to congratulate you on your weight loss. I belong to a group called TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly). Your success story is very motivating to me and would be to many others. I am going to share your story with my group to encourage them because we all seem to be having trouble losing right now. Keep at, never get discouraged, and just think of the positive influence you have made on all the folks who checked out your scrapbook page!!! (Which, by the way, is very nice!!!) I always believed scrapbooking led to weight loss
