It's my turn to issue the Inspiration Challenge this week. I picked out a site I think will be a good one, Hayneedle, with no problem finding inspiration.
I stamped and embossed the image, then colored the poppies with Tim Holtz picket fence distress marker. That is a white ink. Afterwards, I brushed on my background in Tea Dye ink. When it dried, I stamped my text and the other flowers.
Hope you will come along and play this week. I can't wait to see your creations.

Gorgeous card Brenda - so very striking. Now I'm going to have to go buy a picket fence marker. I have the ink pad but I love what you did with the marker. Great inspiration site this week. Hope to get back to it. Twins arrive on Wednesday for a week so I don't have much time. Thanks for the mention on the faves thread - nice surprise to come home to. (The 'old goat' loved his card.)

I adore white flowers and these are absolutely gorgeous Brenda. I had no idea there was a white marker out there that did this beautiful a job of coloring in an image so thank you for sharing this! The subtle text, other flowers and your gorgeous sponging really draw your eye right to these gorgeous flowers. I am truly impressed! ~Karen.

I'm in love with these poppies set against your sunny background, Brenda! Having not tried the TH P. Fence marker ... I'm feeling a huge urge to get out in this steamy heat to go on a search for one .... plz hope for my self-control. ;)
