For today's color challenge (CC370 - Tangerine Tango, Old Olive, Daffodil Delight) - with the dessert - spring flowers!
I got a chance to use my new shutter die-cut from Poppy Stamps. Fun!!
I lightly misted the orange and yellow flowerheads with water and then used my mat pack and stylus to give them some shape - works great - thanks to Pam Sparks for that tip!
Accessories: die-cut: small madison window, small madison window shutters, small flower box, wildpatch flowers (poppy stamps), leafy branch die-cut (c.c. designs), brick embossing folder (tim holtz), rubber brayer, mat pat, stylus, mini half-pearls

Loll, this is an incredible card! I somehow missed it in the gallery this week so I am so glad it was in the favorites! The composition and design of this card tells such a wonderful story. I love those flowers in the windowbox and I can so appreciate all the work you put into this card!

What could be better than a window, shutters and beautiful flowers in a flower box, not to forget the brick b/g ef. This is fabulous on all levels. I don't have the shutters yet, but it's on my list. What a great use of these dies!
