Today we are sending our cards out to Marie - the sister of fellow SCSer/Teapotter PhilsMom (Fran). Marie is a quadriplegic as a result of progressive MS. Marie loves owls --- so you are going to see the gallery full of owls today
The colour challenge is wild wasabi, so saffron and pacific point - nuetrals of choice and twind is the desert option.
I created this peaceful night scene for Marie... You can see the owl sitting on a branch with the moon shining just behind him....
I hope this puts a smile on Marie's face...

Pat, this is so creative and fun. I love the stitching on your hills and the nestie up at the top. Too fun and sweet. marie will love this.. PS How fun to have your daughter in town! Give those precious babies a huge hug from all us SCSers.
