For the corrugated cardboard butterfly, I misted the cardboard with water, let it sit for a few minutes and then peeled off one side to reveal the ridges inside. Then I used my SU butterflies die in my cuttlebug to cut out the butterfly. I spritzed it with bronze glimmer mist, dried it and then sponged the edges with chocolate chip and the ridges with melon mambo ink and added some pearls for the body.
The flower is made by stamping French script in chocolate on melon mambo and then punching with a Fiskars punch, sponging the edges and using a stylus to give some form to the 3-layer flower. The center is a large brad.
