Well.....this card totally evolved from that bright bit of sunshine in the upper right hand corner of the card......When I went down to work on this card, that piece was staring me in the face.....then I remembered this sentiment stamp I had yet to put to ink.....and it grew from there. As many of you know, I love the ocean and lighthouses.......and well, this card is a reflection of that love.
Obviously, I flipped the sketch on its side......all because of that sun.....
I must say that I like the results and really like the sketch. Will definitely be trying to find a bit more time to play in the morning between chores and commitments.
Thanks for looking. Thanks again for a great sketch, Rox. You do manage to come up with such great challenges for us.

Wow! This is impressive! How creative! and such beautiful, rich coloring! I can't believe you achieved such great colors with prismacolored pencils! Great job!

Calgon take me away!!
Love your card! It almost looks like an advertisement for an ocean resort! It certainly reminds me that I need a vacation!
Very beautiful!
What an outstanding grouping you came up with for this winner, gf--just perfect--the colors are so rich and vibrant and the piercing on the sentiment--it all fits like a glove--what a great piece of work!
