This is for the TLC110, Faux Shaving Cream. I needed a *guy card* for a friend who is an avid camper-hiker.
The technique is simple and fun: you ink up a solid stamp, then ink up a small stamp in a lighter color and *twist* it onto the big stamp, before stamping onto the cardstock. I used the technique on the trees and the bear. The grass stamp on the bottom is the same stamp that I used for the twisting on the larger stamps. I love the textural look that this produces.
I clear-embossed the bear, but otherwise left the card soft and quiet. It's very hard for me to keep my hands off the glitter!
Thanks for looking! Maddy

I LOVE the faux shaving cream on the bear and your trees, Maddy! It's like I can really see the bear's fur and the texture on the trees. What a handsome card!

What size card is this? It seems to be larger than the standard 5 1/2x4 1/4? I can't seem to scroll down through the posts to see if this question has been asked. I love this card. A very good use of many of the stamps in the set.

Love this card! I have this set and haven't used it in awhile. This has inspired me to dust it off!
