TLC648 = using bubble wrap to create a background.
Sabrina has several terrific techniques HERE.
I used TH inks on a craft sheet, misted with water, pressed the bubble wrap into it and then used it as a stamp for my bg. I softened it down, once stamped, by brushing more water on the bg softly.

A GORGEOUS WORK OF ART! Sallie, this is truly frameable, and on that note, I love your stitched frame! Your bubble-wrap bg is super and softly muted in contrast to your bright and richly colored poppies. Wonderful shading and coloring on all elements of your image.
