Hello! This card was made for todayÂ’s Ways to Use it Challenge: PeopleÂ…
Okay…I know that Fairies aren’t “People….” However, they most certainly are NOT bugs! And, I think that this young fairy works fine as a PERSON DRESSED up as a fairy. I mean, how do we know that she isn’t just resting on one of my Prize winning Giant Mushrooms on her way to a costume party? Or, perhaps, she’s resting in the forest on a mushroom because her feet got too tired from all the walking she was doing while Trick or Treating? Or, she is in college, and this is the new hazing ritual? I mean, those college science labs could be engineering enormous mushrooms for inter-planetary exploration! Or, they could have developed a SHRINK ray, and shrank our poor grad student! Or, perhaps she was in some sort of lab accident and is now a super hero with Fairy Wings??? One never knows, do one? (I threw that in for all the Lawrence Sanders fans!)
So, IÂ’m pretty sure that this will pass for a PEOPLE card.
I embossed the background and used my Copic markers and airbrush for color. Next, I stamped the image in Noir and colored in with Copics.
These stamps are from a just released MFP set: Garden Fairies.
Finished card size: 5 ½” x 4 ¼”
