I've been sooooooooooo busy, and FANTASTIC, WONDERFUL, SO GOOD I COULD BURST NEWS!!!Scout is HOME!!!! And, he's happy to be here! It seems the neighbor 4 houses down, who works a strange shift, had Scout all along! She was hammering a poster into the ground on the corner, and I screamed at Mark, "HEY!!!!! Stop the CAR!!!!!!! That's Scout!!!!!!" Mark almost wrecked, but I was out of the car and RUNNING toward her screaming, "HEY!!! That's our dog!!! Didn't you read the posters WE put up???" I hugged her, crying, she was crying, it was just so GREAT! We met her back at her house, and Scout came running out with all the other "strays" she has collected,(I think she has 10+) Anyway, we took him home, cleaned him up and gave him much love, and that was BEFORE Markie came home from school! He didn't skip a beat when he got in the car at the school, "Have you guys heard anything about Scout?" This time, we both smiled and said, "Yes!" Markie started crying, and of course it became a crying festival in the car. Mark was choking up, too! So, we have Scout back, safe, and HAPPY!
The Poinsettia was stamped in Noir, a waterproof ink, and colored in with Memento Markers and aqua painters.

Faith, I'm always so impressed with how quickly you manage to pull these beauties together!! Can I please have your brain and focus. It takes me much longer than that and mine don't look anywhere near as lovely!

Faith, this is beautiful! I love that poinsettia!!
And I'm so glad to hear your pet news! I'd be frantic if my little one ran away (she tries to escape all of the time, but so far, I've been able to catch her!!)

Your card is absolutely gorgeous Faith! I'm so happy that your dog is home safe and sound. Very touching story. The way you described it in your post brought tears to my eyes. I have an 8 year old daughter and I could just imagine her tears of joy if one of our fur babies was lost and then found. So very happy for you! Blessings to you and your family!
