My son starts Kindergarten this next week. I made this to give to his teacher whom we have had with dd#2. Thought this would be a little different than the other items I had given her in the past.
Only stamping is the notepaper from It's Academic. The paper and apple stickers are from a school days scrapbook kit.

Teacher Survival Kit:
Crayon: To color your day.
Peanuts: To remind you to get a little nutty now and then.
Band-aide: For when things get a little rough.
Marbles: To replace the ones you might lose from time to time.
Sponge: To soak up the overflow when your brain is too full.
Puzzle Piece: To remind you that without you, things wouldn't be complete.
Bath Salts: To "take you away" when you need a quiet break.
Rubberband: To remind you to be flexible.
Rick Rack: To remind you that this year will be full of ups & downs, but eventually everything will smooth out.
Wiggly Eye: For when you wish you REALLY did have eyes in the back of your head.
Battery: To help you keep going, and going, and going....
Hole Reinforcers: To remind you to reinforce the efforts of your students.
Penny: To remind you that you are a priceless part of our school.
Toothpick: To remind yourself to pick the good qualities in your students.
Tea Bag: To remind you to take time to relax daily and go over that list of blessings.
Paper Clip: To help you hold it together when everything seems to fall apart.
Cotton Ball: To remind you that this class is full of kind words and warm feelings.
Snowflake: When all else fails, PRAY FOR A SNOW DAY!

Love it!!! Bet I'll be using this idea before the year is over!!! This would make a cute little gift for my classmates when we graduate in May and get ready to hit the trenches!!
