Congrats, Maren! You are having one spectacular week! I love your gallery and This is the one I chose to case.
I changed the stamps, the colors, omitted the dp and the ribbon because my bg is just so busy. I kept the layout and the use of strips.
The bird (Inkadinkado) is stamped on white and cut out. I added a little color to the flowers and went over him w/ a red glaze pen to make him stand out. He's attached w/ foam tape to 3 layers cut w/ nesties rectangles.
The bg is just stamped strips (linen texture is Stamp Camp, all others are IO) w/ either cobalt or cardinal ink. I cut thin strips of red and white w/ scallop scissors and attached them under the edge of my stamped strips. All are attached to a white card. A few dots were added w/ a white gel pen. TFL

oh I love this case, Julie...I used the same card of Marven's! Your take is very cool with the punch of the red/white/blue! awesome selection of pattern!!! and that bird is just tooo fun!
