This is for LSC166 and for CC164 and maybe even for WT164 - all Ruffled up (I have the word ruffled in the sentiment!). I have been wanting to make a circle card so this was the push to get me to do it. The card was made with my scalloped circle nestability and the image was cut and matted with the circle and scalloped circle nestabilities. The hardest part was putting the sentiment in a semi circle - I had to use tape to mask off the words leaving only one exposed at a time. That took forever! My hand slipped a bit when I was making the holes with the piercer! TFL
