I decided to use this inspirational challenge as an opportunity to get a Christmas card done. It isn't what I started out to do, but I like the end product.

Thanks so much for your wonderful comments about my card. It just kind of evolved. Here is the recipe for the background: The background was made using the shapes from the Simple Shapes set. Solid square was done in Rose Red, the solid rectange in More Mustard, the open square in Bravo Burgundy, and the three little squares in Artichoke. I used the Stamp-a-ma-jig to get the shapes where I wanted them. Hope this helps!
