I finally finished the WCW challenge from last week. Looked easy in the video but for some reason, it wasn't so easy in practice (at least for me). My first attempt was done on super thick and thirsty watercolor paper so it did not work out. This one was done on thinner and less thirsty paper. I added a little extra color since the teaparty calls for colorful.
Since the MMTPT challenge is Valentine's Day, I added a love sentiment. Inside it says: ....and coffee, paper, watercolors, glitter, tape, ink, stamps....
I skipped the lace but I do have lots of sparkle....

I am just giggling at the twist your loving sentiment takes as it segues to the inside of the card. Bravo you for getting this WC challenge to work for you - I gave it 3 tries and ended up with a total mess every time.

Beautiful card using terrific technique, Nancy, I love the colours and added sparkle! Wonderful sentiment and love how it continues on and on on the inside!

Awesome! The "song" headline is perfect for this painting. It reminds me of floating bubbles. The stickle trim and white spattering are fabulous...
