It's Thursday again, the sun is shining, but the temperature feels like Autumn. As I went for my walk this morning noticed the starting of the landscape taking on the fall colors. Seeing the WT915 challenge today is close to my heart- farms. Thinking what I could paint thought of the little farm we pass when walking. They have horses, goats, pigs along with three highland cows. Yesterday Stacy gave us a challenge to paint hair. I need a lot of practice. The highland cows came to mind. They are very interesting to watch with their coat of messy hair, long horns and short legs. Using a Hetty Clare digi printed it and practiced the technique from yesterday. TFL

Omigosh, this is just the most adorable image and you watercolored it brilliantly. I think the shaggy hair looks fabulous. I always love your paintings, but there is something about these cattle that just warm my heart. And this guy smelling the flowers -- AWESOME!
