CC809 - Barbara picked pumpkin pie, Cherry Cobbler and Garden Green - I picked as close as I could colors - the lighter red is a light wash of the darker red - the gesso makes it even lighter. There was some bleed through from the page before and the patterns it created in my colors are very interesting. I think my flowers look like Autumn so maybe I can get partial credit on the extra points.
WCW016 - Angie picked Negative Water-coloring. This an easy way to color multiple flowers but I am going to have to practice more! My lack of patience and the fact that you have to visualize the focus before painting layers 2 and 3 are at odds, but I learned and that is what is important.
IC772 - Stacy picked Soft Surroundings and I picked these great looking field of poppies sheets:
I used the large pink one to be my inspiration for the flowers I drew. I love those sheets and would purchase them if they were not almost $200.
BAJ20 - Julie selected harvest, fruit or anything from Luke. I am still doing my last few pages from Psalms. I have flowers and harvest colors. So it works.
The scripture is Psalms 128. I have read it fast in the past, and thought it a happy Psalm and didn't really dig in. It is indeed sung at births and marriages and when homes are happy and praising God, but it has many deeper meanings. I focused on the fear of God as a beacon for living, making decisions, guiding your days in general. When we forget He is there and go about our lives, that is when we run into trouble and separate from Him. I have days like that - more than I care to admit. Focusing hard on not doing it today.
I added a little nod to RBG today, I don't know much about her faith or walk with God, but I loved her championship of minorities, the afflicted, and the persecuted. God loves us every one.

You did an awesome job of fulfilling all four challenges plus getting a mini Bible study in there too! Yes, the world today including myself need to read and heed this scripture much more, thank you for sharing your blessed and anointed art work!
Wonderful journal page! Your coloring is pretty, and the message you shared was thought provoking! It is so easy to forget we are never alone in troubled times! Thanks for the insight into the verse you shared!

Great job on the watercoloring of these lovely flowers - pretty colors used - I found it difficult to achieve the depth but I'm sure with practice it would be easier - I had one background stamp that I thought would work... which was pretty much like Dinas!
