Turq/aqua were brayered on white CS. When it was dry, the waves where painted with white acrylic. On the Kraft CS, white acrylic was applied to the torn edge, as well as applying dots. Shading and dots were added with the Suede ink.

Resort time look..fantastic. The water is so real looking, especially lapping at the shore line. Awesome idea, pink layering, matching flip flop colors! You captured a cool and refrshing look to gem.
