Thinking spring when making a card for Toni's challenge...put a bicycle on our cards. This will be going to someone who hates winter and could use a little pick me up. Actually this card is created from the inspiration of Susieaustralia. Did the bg technique she does with the squirt and smash. Added the die cuts...the bicycle is cut 3 times and adhered to foam. Using a Martha Steward punch for the flowers and liquid pearls for the centers. Added some lines with micron pen to ground the image. There is a smudge on the tire...will need to fix that with some white paint. TFL

Hi Linda........I love your smashed background!!! I should try that some time. What a cheerful card and I love the colors you chose. Hope your friend appreciates all the steps to your card. Thanks for your nice comment on my card today. Winters get to me and making spring cards somehow cheers me up. I am sure that you can relate to that. Just spent two weeks visiting our friends in Florida and I taught her how to make cards years ago and she is very passionate about it as I am too. I brought lots of stamps and supplies and we colored/painted for two weeks and had a good time. Now all I have to do is make them into cards! Glad to see you are making cards. Keep up the good work.
Hugs,
Kerry

Wonderful smash background...beautiful die-cut tree with bitty blossoms and pearls...so, so lovely! Then, the sweet bicycle...who wouldn't want to take a ride in this lovely scenery! To my FAVs, Linda!
