| | Hello, I made this card for today's Ways To Use It Challenge. Cathy (Cathymac) chose the theme of Think Pink for today's challenge because October is Cancer Awareness month. I am a 4-year survivor myself and now I have a friend who is just beginning treatment for breast cancer so this card will be going to her. This card also fits the alphabet challenge for the letter R for roses. The roses are stamped using 4 different stamps, then the leaves use 2 different stamps. The butterfly is stamped, colored with copic markers in R20 and R22, then fussy cut out. I also did some 2nd generation stamping of leaves in the bg. It is hard to see, but it really adds to the vintage feel of this card in real life. Thanks for looking today. ~Karen. |
