For today's Sketch and Alphabet Challenges: Letter R: Robin, who stopped by to say goodbye until next spring.
Also for Once Upon A Time: "A Leaf From Heaven" fairy tale by Hans Christian Andersen. Simon Says Stamp: Animal Antics. I used a bird.
Well, I have to tell you, this card is Not my style using dp's to matt main image and another dp panel, but I do like it! = ) I'm such a thrifty gal (mom said it has Always been in my blood), so I just love being able to use up itty bitty scraps. For each of the leaves and bird, I stamped onto scraps of WC paper & fussy cut then colored using blender pens and markers. The vanilla panel was spritzed and sponged before gluing on the images. Curry twine was added to the leaves & a white gel pen used on the robin. The matting is popped up. Thanks for stopping in! ~Roberta

What a gorgeous fall card this is Roberta. It may not be your usual style my friend, and yet it is classic and elegant which is your style. The layers of dsp are very eye catching and capture the warm fall colors in your leaves and your robin. It is sad to say goodbye to the robins, but they will be back in the spring. The twine bow is the perfect finishing touch on your beautiful card Roberta. ~Karen.
