I have wanted to try this technique that is all the rage but when I did I was a wee bit disappointed.....I did the one first where you just stamp all over the paper and then raise the words up and it was just too busy for me.....one of those things i like when other people do it but when I try....not so much......so I put my own little twist on the technique and stamped all over one page and then cut the letters out of that one but then put them down on one that was only stamped with the wood background and I liked this one better. In the end I piddled a whole day away playing with variations of this techinique and I was like......MEH. Anyway it's okay- just not worth an entire Saturday?? MEH. Happy Tuesday everyone!!

Oh Karen, this is gorgeous! Not MEH at all! I love the contrast on your flower and the fabulous wood grain. The lifted letters are visually wonderful!

Oh Karen, this card is absolutely breathtaking! I do understand and know what it is like to spend an entire day on a card, but there is nothing MEH about this card at all. You have made this wonderful technique "sing" on this stunning card! ~Karen M.

I Don't like to correct people, Karen, but this is lovely. I pinned and faved it . You have an amazing sense of design and color, and both are at their best on this card.
