CAS380 = dots and stripes. Dots in the surf and stripes on the flip flops.
TLC589 = faux cloisonne. I die cut the flip flops from a catalog(didn't have a glossy magazine). I can see why glossy magazine paper was suggested....the matte paper of the catalog just soaked up the VM. : (

Your flip flops are so cute, Sallie, and I love the dots on the sand and the stripes on the water. I would love to be there on the beach wearing those flip flops! A fabulous card for both challenges!
