Congrats to this weeks Featured Stamper, Penny Ward! What a beautiful gallery, HERE is the card I chose to CASE. I loved Penny's little bag of sequins, it reminded me of a tea bag, so I just had to try it. I had the idea of stitching the edges of the bag, but it didn't turn out looking so good, I can't get the tension set right on my machine for it.
I changed the layout slilghtly, used a stencil in the bg as well as splatters (using watercolours), and also added some stars. The twine is dyed to match using copic ink.

Hi Bridget. Gorgeous card and a wonderful tribute to Penny! Love the colors you've used ... and the watercolored background is fabulous. Looks very similar to the current sketch challenge at Paper Players.

I knew just which card you chose to CASE, Bridget, because I wanted to as well but wasn't capable. You did a wonderful job. Love your background and colors. Totally gorgeous.

I remember that card you cased, so neat. maybe because DH being elnglish maybe thats why I thought of the t-bag too as the pot is always on..:0). great colors and so fun with the sequins, and great job matching the threads with the copics...cool...TFS..:0)
