I needed to make my mom and dad a anniversary card. when I saw ODBD's challenge it was perfect timing. It is to make a anniversary card with silver...which is perfect for me as I just love sparkles.
I also joined the sketch challenge for today which was a wonderful sketch for it.
so .....Lots of work here...there anniversary is on ST. Patricks day so wanted to add shamrocks and color and a touch of green. so used that in the layer.
I cut and sponged the sentiment in glorious green added the flowers, the little silver flowers, and some white leaves, and a couple green ones.
Then added the pearls on the corners, and the bow after embossing the middle strip, and adding the lace on the bottom of that.
Actually was a very fun one to make. I did make a couple little shamrocks for the flower display but they were a touch too big and didnt work, so am putting them on the inside.
thank you ODBD and our sketch team for the great challenges, and for you for dropping by for a visit.

Wendy, is this a 5 x 7 card? My girlfriend asked me to make her a wedding card for her son's wedding. I sent her to Pinterest to see all the different ones and to pick out one she liked and I would make one close to it. She chose yours! And to make it greater - I have the dies you used to create your beautiful card! Thank you for the inspiration
