I was looking at the challenge cards and followed the link to read the story.
I needed a " Get well" card.
So this is my first participation in the Teapot Tuesday Challenge.
The image is from the internet, printed on photo paper several times so I could cut it to make the image in several layers.
For further decoration a I embroidered a square around the cup with roses ans added rhinestones and a few butterflies

Welcome to the teaparty! Beautiful card!@. Love the stitching and that popped up teacup and roses. I understand the teacup and flowers but I cannot figure out what you did with the saucer? Awesome card that I am sure Denise will cherish! tfs

Your teacup with flowers is just beautiful! And I realy love your beautiful embroidery embelishments. There just gorgeous!! I tried to learn embroidery many years ago and I have a small flower made and it's in a frame...That was my extent of embroidery work. A very beautiful card!!
