Today is a day to celebrate the talent and heart of one of the sweetest Stampers in this community- Shellie (Shellied). Shellie, your work is inspiring, and you have always had the most kind words of encouragement! It was easy to find a card to case, the trouble is knowing when to stop! I love your gallery. I chose your Friends Card, for the beautiful layout, and gorgeous stitching.
Keeping your design, I changed the colors and images- but hung onto the stitching. This is a sympathy card for a dear friend who recently lost her mom. This lil bird from ODBD speaks peace to me, and I know Amber will feel comfort to read the sentiment, "He will cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you will find refuge" Psalm 91:4 also from ODBD.
Thanks for sharing your talent here Shellie! (((Hugs)))

Not only will this speak peace into Amber's very real and present grief, sister, but it also speaks peace to anybody who see's it here and reads the truth of the Father that you have listed. There is no safer or better place to be in times of distress than sheltered under His protective wing. Thank you for blessing us here with that as well as Amber once this gentle image touches her hands and heart.

Wow - Pat. This so full of heart, beauty, and warmth. That little birdie is so sweet and the folliage is perfect - even the stitches are sweet. Hate that you needed to make a sympathy card but I know the person who gets this will feel the love this card obviously holds. I love your work! Hugz and LYMI! BTW, my blog has pictures of Allie's prom: whatsonmykitchencounter.blogspot.com.

And thank you, Pat, for sharing your talent with us! What a heartwarming card for someone enduring a difficult time, this card would most certainly give them a welcomed dose of peace at this time. The neutral colors are the perfect background for that lovely bird image and the stitching on here is fantastic! It really adds such wonderful interest, as if your cards weren't fascinating enough... Just beautiful my dear friend, just beautiful. (But yet I have not seen anything from you that has not been such...)

Love the image you used, Sis, to send a warm hug to Amber during a difficult time. I know she will be blessed by your thoughtfulness and feel the comfort that you tucked inside.
Your coloring reaches higher heights with each card - so realistic I can practically hear him singing! Bless your heart!
Hugs! and prayers for Amber too!
