CC366 Daffodil Party Parade (03-13-12)
Mary's colors for Challenge 366 are
Daffodil Delight, Pool Party, Poppy Parade, neutrals: white or vanilla
Dessert Option- seam binding or ribbon
Here's the breezeway door to my pool, THAT IS - IF I HAD A POOL!
I used the memory box window die to make a door by cutting the white card stock to the length that would allow me to utilize the panes in the die to cut easily. (Door is 4.25 high by 2 wide.) By cutting of the way through the window die and fitting the remaining portion and cutting 2/3 of the way you can have a paned door!
I added a chrome brad spread open and a partial white wreath (memory box die) with small daisies of an EK success punch.
The door was a previous experiment that actually worked!
I love your fresh and bright colors Mary!
Thanks for viewing!

Be Still My Heart - Angela, this is soooooo awesome. I LOVE the window pane diecut made into a door. How clever with the vellum and the brad as the door handle. Not to mention how you used pool party so beautifully. Your work is just amazing Angela and I predict you will become one of the SCS dirty dozen in the near future!

Ah!!! This is so awesome. Love that you emphasized the Pool Party color and you reached for that beautiful window die cut. Of course the fabulous wreath is the icing on the cake.
