This is for TLC361 to create a project inspired by Belleek Pottery. I get to play early today as I am off work to take my hubby for a medical procedure later on today. The pottery created by Belleek does not look like the pottery I am familiar with. Wow! It is so gorgeous. This is my first successful attempt to brayer color onto an embossing folder. I have tried several times and have always ditched the project. I love how this turned out using anquie linen ink. I thought the design on the folder was perfect to create the apperance of porcelain. The punched frame seemed to be the perfect way to enhance the background without covering too much of it up. I sponged ink lightly on the frame, foliage and flowers. I got a little too heavy handed with the ink on my tiny flowers but I still love the way they look with the leafy flourish.

I hadn't seen that folder (or else hadn't paid attention!). Beautiful work, Kittie!! I love everything about it. I hope things went well today with your DH -- so glad Toby could help you stamp today!
