Oh no, back to school already! We just got out last week, well the teachers and students did, the office works all summer! The Teapot Challenge this week is supposed to help the teapotters count correctly or accurately and after looking at that destination thread, I think it's going to take a little more work!
I added my numbers using a piece of the paper measuring tape that you can get when you walk into IKEA. I must have about 42,000 of them stashed away and I get the "what are you going to do with that" look from DH every time I grab one or two (or three) as we walk in. There's just enough white space to use a border punch on and I do love to recycle.

Bwahaha! What does dh know? Look! You used one! Giggle! I have never been in one of those stores...so me thinks I better make a special trip! Ha! That is the coolest thing! I love that you gussied it up with a punch!
You amaze me! I love how you achieved the look of the teapot! I can so see all of the elements of the teapot complete with the goofy little round flowers! When I thought about going Back to School, I thought about you not wanting to go back.....but hey, counting is of upmost importance! This card rocks!

Love your scene and the way you captured the colors and patterns from the teapot. Great idea to recycle the paper measuring tape. Awesome card!

Your patchwork scene is absolutely awesome!! This card is just 100% awesome.
And now when I go to IKEA, I can collect some tape measures for my craft stash.

What a clever idea! I love the scallop edge that you give to the border of this tape measure. Perfect colors ad image choices, great layout and perfect tickle card.
