Well I was so happy to wake up today will a lot less pain in my shoulder. The last two days have been heck, let me tell you. I could not even put my hair in a ponytail without screaming because my arm would just not go up and my strength was nill. Went to the chiropractor, got an adjustment and a laser treatment and I am back in business. Yay!!!.....my card....
Today the new Queen has been chosen. It is Harriet or hskelly. Congrats Harriet on your new position for the week. Loved your gallery. I chose this one to loosely case. I did changed the image from a buffalo to a flower with leaves.
Since I missed the challenge yesterday, I included my card in the WT317 using decorative scissors. Of course I used them "my way". I cut a piece of paper using my decorative scissors then used this as a quide then sponged color over an already stamped panel going one way then the other trying to make it look plaid like.
Stamped, colored w/re-inkers some Hero Arts flowers and leaves, cut out, put two leaves and the large flower onto the sponged panel. Ran this through the cb qualifying this for the F4A59 challenge, embedded embossing. Ran the other two flowers and one leave through a different cb folder then popped the up over the panel.
Cut out an oval and used it as a guide to add the pearl white and enamel accent dots to make the oval frame. Put this all on a black AC card.
Well so glad it is Friday. I am feeling better. Up-date on DSIL, his leg is all stitched up, inside and out. He is on crutches for a couple of weeks, has lot's of pain but hopefully that will go away.......Hope you all have a great weekend. I get to go to a Rubber-stamp Convention tomorrow. Whoo Hoo!.....TFL :0)

I'm glad you and DSIL are both doing better! Just the thought of stitches on the INSIDE makes me shiver at how bad of a cut it was! Great card! Tell Curt "hey" from Houston!

Cathy, I sure hope you shoulder is better. Ugh! Pain is a terrible thing to live with especially if it gets in the way of stamping. This is a gorgeous card. I love the faux plaid but your flower is my favorite.
