Today's Tea party is all about our own Masterpieces. No stampin' allowed, at least not in the front door. Any stamps here, have to be hidden under our smocks. Okay, I don't own a smock, but there was a stamp hidden in my sweats pocket.
A masterpiece this ain't, at least I wasn't slinging paint.
I only cheated just a little, the little birdies told me it was okay, some red was needed to brighten the day.
I got out my inner artist, this part was the hardest.
The first attempt got all wet, I wanted a cousin of Curt's in that project.
Except for the red birds, this is all hand drawn (and it shows). I used the Versa mark ink pad on a brush with sparkly ep, to get the sparkle on the tree and snowman. I also used the Versa mark pad to line the hill and used the puffy embossing powder on that. To make the top hat shiny I used the brush again with black ink and clear ep. I pulled that hidden stamp out of my pocket, using a Tombow marker to color and stamped the birds. See the one flying to the snowman's hand, er twig?
This is for Kris, who is having surgery on BOTH of her hands tomorrow. I hope you have a speedy recovery.
