What a happy milestone, Color Challenge!! Today is the 300th color challenge and to celebrate we were to choose a color combo from the list of previous 299 challenges. I went with CC182--monochromatic. I have really been diggin' monochromatic projects lately!! I went with all reds (with white) for this one.
This project features a brand new set from Mark's Finest Papers called Hearts, Hearts, Hearts. It is being released today along with three other new sets this week.
After Valentine's Day last year, I snapped up a few mini heart-shaped boxes of Russell Stover chocolates on clearance as a little treat for my family. After we had devoured the goodies, I saved the empty boxes. Perfect for altering! I dressed up one of these heart boxes in red and white and filled it with heart-shaped tags. These little tags would be super as gift tags or for dropping into a loved one's packed lunch, backpack, briefcase, purse, or suitcase as a little surprise to let someone know how much he or she is loved!!
