Yes, you may have thought from the title that this would be the Wicked Witch of the West....(my daughter just played that role in her HS musical!).....but it's my poor little snowman who needs a bit more cold.
It's plenty cold for me, and I wear a lot of scarves from fall-spring. I loved both of these:
Blue and White Crocheted Scarf and Purple Vertical Stripe Crochet Scarf.
I love to crochet and used them for my inspiration colors.
My snowman and snowflake image are from Sparkle N Sprinkle's Gothic Snow Stamp Set . Such a whimsical set! The snowflake is stamped with Encore Metallic Silver and then embossed with Ice Rink Embossing Powder . The melting snow is colored with a Blue Frost Copic and then I added Crystal Ice Glitter to the "puddle."
