I used a kraft cardbase that is 6 1/2 by 5.
I have seen a lot of crepe paper used in cards lately and that was my starting point.
I took 2 pieces of black crepe paper sewed and gathered them to use for the base of my strip. I cut the gathered crepe strip with pinking shears. I attached a ribbon from my stash and added the PTI button.
The stamp image is Whippersnapper. I colored it with copics and matted it with black cs.
I really like the crepe on the card. Adds a touch of fun!!

An adorable Halloween card! Love that image; looks just like something out of Peanuts and Charlie Brown!! Cool crepe paper backing for your ribbon and button!
