Thanks for the challenge, Cindy. I have to admit, I bleed red, white and blue, so when I saw the challenge, I was like... How unAmerican! Then I did a little research. The song "My Country, Tis of Thee" was written before the flag was made and the Star Spangled Banner was written. The song was not the official anthem, but was widely used in celebration (it was based on Britain's "God Save the Queen). So, I roll with it

Super vintage-y! Love the distress, worn look, such an authentic feel! And thanks for the history lesson! Most of us can't remember what we had for breakfast, let alone 8th grade history! Keep it alive!

This is stunning! I loved the colors and layout....and the distressing. It wasn't until I pulled it up that I noticed the embossed stars. WOW - wonderful card, Holly!
