Here again with the new SU set called Elements of Style that will be available in MAY of this year....WOW - I was going to go to bed, I should have gone to bed, but I had to go and take a peek, and what a beautiful color combination - I figured it was worth the late night.....This is an emboss resist card done with a versamarker over the roses and then clear embossing, and smeared ink on top - the paper started out whisper white. This is not designer paper!! Well it is, but I made it. Such pretty colors to work with - Betty just keeps them coming!! thanks Betty!! Hope you like it!!

Karen, is this a new technique Betty has come up with? What is the name of it? If not, (I'm not talking about the bird, but the rest of the card) can you further explain the technique you used for the background and flowers? Thanks much!
