Choose and arragned papers like the MMSC21 sketch at http://priscillastyles.blogspot.com/ Emboss Penny Black "Snowy" with clear pigment ink and emboss with silver. I made three of these and layered them and an extra hat and scarf and layered that. Cut 1/2 circles with Nestibilities and Cuttlebug all backgrounds with various folders. Cut two types of snowflakes with Martha Stewart punches out of silver paper. Apply stickles to snowflakes and White Lace Stickles to snowman's hat. Stamp Snowy on envelope and VOILA!!

Oh My Gosh, this snowman is the frostiest, prettiest one I think I've ever seen!!! I LOVE how icy everything looks with the silver and stickles! You really did a fabulous job with this card!! The envie is every bit as cute as the card!!! Awesome work Phyllis!!
