This is for today's sketch challenge. I got my new Sugar Nellie Gorjuss girls in the mail yesterday and I couldn't wait to play w/ them! I colored her w/ Chartpak Ad and copic markers, highlighted w/ a white gel pen and popped her up on dimensionals. The strips of red are pleated (and slightly crooked ).

Hi. I love the look of this little girl. What a cute card! It really is a great stamp, you can use her next to a Christmas tree...and not use the cat...or just use the cat... interesting!
I have heard people talk about using the white gel pen around colored object for dimension. Do you do that all the way around? Or is it more like shading, you only go where the sun would be facing/or not facing?
I am very new to stamping, and picking up on little tricks. I hope you will be willing to share your experience with me.
