This is the card I made for Vicky Gould who is today's featured stamper! It was only a matter of time Vicky, you are too good not to be featured! This is the card I chose to case!
1. I love Vicky's cards. Each one is wonderful, spectacular, awesome! Like I said, it was just a matter of time! Congrats little buddy!
2. My first thought was, I wonder how you pronouce Gould, like GOLD or like GOOLD! Maybe its a good thing Faith went the GOLD route cuz then I woulda made a card with a Halloween Ghoul on it! Yikes!
3. Is a crab and a lobster the same thing? Well, the red thingy on my card is a crab and I will tell you why! I bought this itsy bitsy package of these cute little crab cut-outs 42,000 years ago and I thought, Yes, I can use one!
4. I had cardstock spread out everywhere and there musta been a little bit of glue stuck on the corner of the itsy bitsy crab package cuz it got stuck to a large piece of cardstock that I had put away when I decided it would not work.
5. I spent FOREVER looking for the little package of CRABS! Honestly, I could have had this card uploaded hours ago had I not temporarily lost those CRABS! When I was walking out of my room to wash the distressing ink off my hands I spotted them stuck to that cardstock!
6. Now for the reason I am calling my little red thingy a crab? I got REALLY CRABBY when I couldn't find my CRABS! It sounds stupid for purposes of my story to say that I got REALLY LOBSTERY when I couldn't find my LOBSTERS! So if you all tell me that this is a lobster, its not! Its a CRAB!
Vicky, you rock!

Yep, I'm originally from Maine and that sure ain't a lobster. It's clear to me that it's a red crab. I love your treasure chest and your sparkly gold sand. You're so clever! I'm sure Vicky won't be crabby about receiving this card. Awesome job!

Great sand, sea and sky! And the lovely CRAB adds a nice bit of color. Your story makes me think of the day I spent hours looking for the image I just colored. I moved the paper trimmer, and there it was, stuck to the bottom. Crabby I really understand!
Thanks for sharing your usual lovely card and great story.

Cindy, You are a HOOT! What a totally funny and typical story from you. Lobsters have those long tails, you are right this is a crab and a cute one to boot. I spent hrs looking for my stamp of the crab in the pale. Even called Shannon and asked "do you have my stamp?!!!" which she replied no look in your beach/fishing box. Well this afternoon I realized I did not have that image I had the crab in the santa sleigh. OOPPS for thinking Shannon had swiped it out from under my nose. Bad Mama. LOL

Stellar job, as usual Mrs. Motherway! Ah, your story is a familiar one to all in Stamp Land, and I am afraid we are all a tad crabby at some point! So glad you found yer critter and could properly place him on this lovely beach! You always make me smile!
