Wasn't able to 'play' much this week, but didn't want to miss out on such great challenges, so I have combined three in one card. Color challenge: Pretty in Pink, Ruby Red, and Old Olive; Rox's great sketch challenge; and today's 'Cutting Corners' challenge. The flower from Natural Beauty was stamped twice , watercolored, cut out, and popped up. Pretty in pink was painted around the flower with aquapainter, Ruby Red was sponged around the edge when dry. Lots of paper piercing, sponging, pearls, ticket corner punched every layer, and added a little ribbon to finish. Hope you all like it....it was super fun to make!

This is just beautiful! Your sponging and painting are really lovely. The layers and piercing are the perfect embellishments. I had such a tough time w/ the color challenge that I finally gave up on it. But you really aced it!

Angela! Your cards always make such a lovely statement, and this one just screams! I love it. The rich and wonderful colors and all those pearls! Oh my goodness, you are a knock-out in this gallery!
