This is for today's challenge to make one word the centerpiece of your card, this word was from Peaceful from Peaceful Wishes! The background was a spritzed watercolor I had made awhile ago and was waiting for the perfect card, and this came to mind today.
This is also for the Featured Stamper, Anne Ryan featured a little while ago. Although late, I wanted to play tribute to a wonderful stamper and encourager. Her card here inspired me: My Journey ... WT170 by Anne Ryan at Splitcoaststampers
Thanks for the wonderful challenge today, and thanks for looking!

Traci, I cannot believe I didnt see this card before now! When I read your narrative, I was so sad to think I somehow managed to miss this gorgeous card. I cant believe the card you used to case this winterwonderland! I think you have to be the first one ever to case it. Am I impressed. Of all the ideas that go through my head, casing someone's photograph would never be one of them. I am so honored that you chose a photograph that is so much a part of who I am! Thank you so much for taking time to recreate your own interpretation of something beautiful to me. There is no room for question here, this is definitely a winter wonderland of gleaming snow and beautiful trees! I think I may have mentioned twigs in my photo card, but I dont remember writing about trees. How interesting you selected these trees for your case. We live on 2 acres where our driveway goes well into our property that just happens to be totally private from our development. We have a forest across the street from us, and the other 3 sides are nothing but trees. Wehad all the trees cleared in the center of a forest. Having said that, I will tell you that these trees/this forest is my sanctuary! I am so in love with being in the midst of trees very similar to this. It's my place in the world where I can go sit outside and be surrounded by nothing less that greenery, tall and huge, with untold numbers of birds singing! Traci, you have given me such pleasure by #1 casing me, and #2 choosing a forest for your case. Just as water is important to my life's journey, so to are trees. Their beauty takes me to another place in life where I can forget everything and just focus on the beauty that surrounds me! It's my heaven on earth. Each day i always think and say to my DH, I never want to leave this home, not so much for the home for the trees that kindle in my heart all that is beautiful. Thank you so much for sending me this precious card. Unlike all others, this one truly speaks to my heart, and for that I am so grateful. A huge thanks and a sense of wonderment at your creativity comes your way for reaching into the depths of my very existence. For that, I genuinely say thank you. Peace.
