-My brads for the challenge are the flower centers.
-The flourishes are heat embossedÂ…one my very first toolsÂ…I was intrigued to watch the powder change when heated! Now I have a drawer full of powders I hardly ever use! LOL!
-Ink distressing was done on the flourishes to make them stand out and also around the outer edges of the sentiment panel. My sponge is perfect for the limited supplyÂ…itÂ’s freeÂ…throw away packing material my SIL gets from work. Better than purchased sponges!
-In place of adding layers I just used a black marker to draw around each layer and itÂ’s just enough definition.
-The flowers are sculpted using a ball stylus tool for dry embossing. I keep away from the outer edge but cover the entire inside of the image and the cushion I use is just a folded paper towel.
-The ribbon and ric rac are stamped images. The ric rac is stamped right on the paper and the ribbon is cut out, black edged with marker and then glued to the card.
-Prismacolor pencil was used on the heat embossed flower.
