Created for color challenge CC171. I love this combo because it goes great with Basic Grey's Periphery line, which I hardly ever use for some reason!
The stamp set is a new release from Gina K (coming out on Friday, June 20) called Retro Boutique. I paper pieced the dress and purse and used a little adhesive rhinestone for the purse.
The round scallop base is a door prize I received from a shoebox swap. I cut a circle out of craft and scored one side at 1/2", then glued the 1/2" top down to the base to form the card. I used my circle scissors and punches to make the rest of the circles.
The sentiment and scalloped edges are highlighted with irridescent ice.
