MWDStamp,
I first stamped all the "ribbons" and cut them out. I then cut a piece of computer paper about 3 1/2" square, and glued the ends of every other vertical strip at the top, glued a horizontal strip over them, put a dab of glue on the underside of the other vertical strips, and glued them down, and started weaving. When the weaving was done, I cut the vees in the ends of the strips and glued the sides and bottom, then trimmed the piece and mounted it on white CS. It took some time, but I love cutting, so I enjoyed every minute!
You could do this with just a few strips to get the same effect with less work!

I WANT THOSE RIBBON STAMPS! What a great card! Thanks so much for posting this! I wanted those stamps the minute I saw them in the new catty, but in the several stores I've been to they haven't been stocked, yet! I think the stitch stamp is going to be awesome because Lord knows I can't sew any other way!
